The new CNC Tenoning and Mortising machines balestrini pico, which were presented for the first time during the SCM LIVE SHOW 2020, are convincing with the high machining quality, fast set-up time and ergonomics.

balestrini pico tn is a CNC Tenoning machine with double worktable, dedicated to the execution of any type of tenons: horizontal, vertical, angled, straight or rounded.

balestrini pico md is the ideal machine to execute Miter Door joints on frames and cabinet doors, in solid wood or melamine-coated MDF, to be assembled without using dowels.

For the companies who want to realize not only cabinet doors with Miter Door joints but also shuttered doors and furniture with the typical Face Frame joint, the model balestrini pico ff was designed.

To complete the range of machines for the specific production of cabinet doors was developed balestrini pico fj, the best machine on the market to execute joints of type Miter Door, Face Frame and French Joint.

Furthermore, to meet the requirements of manufactures of chairs and tables SCM offers the new balestrini pico om. It is the small "all-purpose" machine allowing operations at the workpiece ends (tenoning, cutting-off, multiple drilling) on the front worktables and at the workpiece sides (multiple slot mortising, routing and drilling) on the rear worktable, for an extremely flexible production of legs, crosspieces and chairbacks in solid wood.

The exclusive Smart Pro Lite CAD/CAM software makes balestrini pico om a fully-fledged machining centre, requiring a small budget and reduced footprint.

High Productivity Thanks to the Infinity work cycle, it is possible to process up to 720 tenons/hour in pendulum mode and without interruptions with balestrini pico tn and pico om or 50 frames/hour with Miter Door joint with balestrini pico md, pico ff and pico fj. The operating units allow to realize tenons and slot mortises in a reduced number of passes and their particular path avoids any workpiece chipping.

Unique Design The balestrini pico machines are presented as two machines in one. In fact, it is possible to perform head machining and longitudinal machining operations at different work stations on the same machine, expanding therefore the applications and freeing up the space inside the factory.
